To fully enjoy your spa experience, please arrive on time to your scheduled appointment.
As a courtesy to our other guests, If you arrive late for your appointment, we may have to customise your treatment to fit in the allotted time.
We advise that you remove all jewelry before entering Daulomani Spa and drink lots of water if getting a detoxifying treatment.
Your treatment time has been especially reserved for you, however we understand that plans change.
Please give a minimum of 2 hours notice if you wish to change or cancel your appointment or a 50% charge will be made to your room.
Failure to turn up will result in the full cost of the treatment being charged to your room.
