Hyper-locality is the theme of the cuisine you’ll find at our two restaurants, Nuku Restaurant & Bar and the Ra Bar & Grill.
Our honey is local, and extra special because of all the sugar cane that grows in the area, giving it a distinct sweetness. Try it on it’s own, or as a snack on our house made cheese platter (we make a range of our own cheeses including halloumi, ricotta and lebna), or at breakfast freshly-churned into honey butter to spread toast.
Our herbs, lettuce, and eggs are organic and come from farmers down the road who grow exclusively for us.
Other fresh vegetables and fruit are bought daily from our local market.
Our sea food is responsibly sourced and caught from the surrounding region.

Welcome to Nuku Restaurant & Bar, our casual open-air restaurant with five star cuisine, overlooking our swim up pool bar with coconut trees framing the expansive ocean views.
Our menu is inspired by an infusion of our local Fijian cuisine and is influenced by the diversity that is now Fiji. We offer a local twist on international favorites. All our ingredients are hand-selected daily from the local markets or from our favorite organic farmers. Our experienced chefs can cater for specialty dietary requirements upon request including an extensive range of beautiful vegetarian options.
The Ra Bar & Grill
No need for shoes or shirts down here
Situated right on the beach by our dive shop the Ra Bar & Grill boasts the closest draft beer to the ocean in Fiji.
Grab a cold beer or sip on a cocktail crafted by one of our skilled bartenders, and take a seat in the shade. Prefer the sun? Bask in the sunshine and dig your feet into the sand at one of our picnic tables and take in the spectacular rolling green hills of our neighbouring island, Malake.
Swim Up Pool Bar
An oasis beside the ocean
Know the feeling when you’re relaxing at the pool and the last thing you feel like doing is getting out so you can top up your drink? Surrounded by lush palm trees swaying and fragrant frangipani, The Pool Bar is an oasis beside the ocean.
Here, guests can relax on a lounge chair, sip exotic drinks or an icy cold beer served by one of our skilled bartenders. Basking in the Fijian sun, cool off shoulder-deep, or take a seat on one of the stools at the swim-up bar.
