Outstanding Dive Resort Hotel Fiji 2016
Volivoli Beach Resort won “Most Outstanding Dive Resort Hotel Fiji 2016” in the AI Excellence Awards 2016.
Without the continuos hard work of our team this great honour would not be possible, said Mr Darling, Resort Director on behalf of the Darling family.
Early this year saw Volivoli Beach Resort feel the effect of a Severe Category 5 Cyclone. “The refurbishment of the property has been extensive and looks amazing, we actually surprised ourselves how incredible the resort looks now that we are open for business and we are looking forward to a better 2017” Said Darling.
All new Menu at the Nuku Bar
With the refurbishment the resort has employed a new Exec Chef, Kepa who has taken to the new role well and has played an integral part in raising the food standards at Volivoli, With an all new menu you will not be disappointed here, options range from fresh Sashimi and Sushi to more traditional dishes such as Ika Vakalolo (Steamed fish is coconut miti) and Pork Loin or Australian Sirloin Steak, there are options to suit all palates.

Ra Bar, Volivoli’s third bar is open
Not only has the food improved, so to has the ambience! The Nuku Bar (meaning sand floor) although remaining as the Nuku bar, now has no sand! which has been replaced with polished mahogany floorboards.
Some may miss the sand however not to worry, A new bar has been opened at the beach, The Ra Bar, which boasts the closest draft beer to the ocean in Fiji and yes you guessed it, theres plenty of sand down there! Check out the view from the bar below
